Our Refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - please email your proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your request and proof of purchase is received and inspected, we will either accept or reject the refund - if the refund is accepted, we will send you a FREEPOST label and on receipt of the cup, a refund will be issued. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that we will only accept a refund if the cup arrives damaged or is lost during shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package gets damaged during shipment or lost, we will process a refund. If once the refund is made, the package arrives at its destination, you can keep it.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If the funds are still not received, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your refund is accepted, we will accept the shipping costs through the FREEPOST Label which will contain the return delivery address..
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
